From the 9th - 12th June 2009, Glasgow Met held its annual End of Year Show. Entitled ‘Departures’ the Show featured spectacular work created by students over the past year, including exhibitions in Art & Design, Photography, Printing, Multimedia, Journalism, Radio, Food and Hospitality to name just a few.
The exhibition was themed around an airport setting and celebrated students departing for new challenges whilst also welcoming our new ‘arrivals’ giving them a glimpse of the journey that lies ahead of them.
The Show was an overwhelming success giving potential employers, family, friends and the public the opportunity to view work created by our talented students over the past year.If you did not get the chance to come along our post show interactive magazine provides a great way to view our student work and get a feel for the Show. Based on an in-flight magazine theme it features information from each show, photographic slideshows, virtual tours, video interviews and more.
